UK hours are between 07.30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
The non-UK help desk will be able to assist with the following queries:
Clients using BARX Corporate outside of UK hours have access to all FX deal types, except Option Dated Forwards. There is no ability to place Money Market treasury deposits outside of UK hours. Telephone dealing is also only available during UK Hours.
The main BARX Corporate Helpdesk is in the UK. All new registration queries, including adding or amending users can only be dealt with by the UK Helpdesk. Any queries with your FX limits must be directed to your relationship team during UK hours.
There may be some instances where the query must be escalated to the UK helpdesk. If this is the case, the UK helpdesk will investigate upon opening.
