BARX Commissions for Cancer

Help make an impact by trading via select BARX Electronic Channels from March 9 -13, 2026

From March 9 -13, 2026, Barclays Global Sales & Trading teams are hosting their fifth annual ‘Commissions for Cancer’ charitable event to benefit Blood Cancer United®, formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Client trading activity during this period will help further the important work of this cancer research organization.

How to get involved


BARX Rates

Donate $1 per million notional for G3 bonds traded electronically (USD, GBP, EUR) up to USD 250k

  • Clients transacting in global government bonds on Bloomberg, Tradeweb and MarketAxess should ensure that Barclays is enabled and included as part of their dealer selection process. Executed electronic global government bond trades with Barclays will automatically be included.

   
BARX FX

Donate 75% of net commissions earned globally from the BARX Gator algo platform

  • Every BARX Gator client transaction executed during the fundraiser on any channel will automatically be included. Clients who are not enabled for BARX Gator should contact a BARX FX salesperson in order to participate.


BARX Futures

Donate 100% of global agency net commissions generated from self-executed algo flow

  • Clients self-executing Futures on Barclays Platform using the BARX Algorithmic suite along with the new Barclays Customized Algo Platform will automatically be included.

BARX US Equities

Donate 75% of net commissions generated from US Equities Electronic flow up to USD 100k

  • Institutional US Equities client flow executed during the fundraiser using low touch channels (Barclays algorithms and SOR) will automatically be included.
  • Please contact the BARX US Equities team at EST@Barclays.com with any questions.

        

BARX US Credit

Donate $0.01 of all executed Portfolio Trades up to USD 125k

  • Clients looking to execute Portfolio Trades on an electronic venue such as MarketAxess, Tradeweb, Trumid, Bloomberg, should include Barclays as part of their dealer selection process. All Portfolio Trades executed with Barclays will apply.
  • Barclays US High Grade and High Yield Credit Desk actively participates in Portfolio Trades today. This type of list allows clients to execute a large basket of bonds in a single transaction. For more information, please contact creditelectronicstrategy@barclays.com.
